No cloud feature makes this useless now

This app makes it so easy to keep track of both negative and positive incidents, as well as track disciplinary actions taken with staff. Much easier to have this all in one place and on the go to make notes. Would be five stars if the cloud sync was still working. Still a good app.

Was a great app, iCloud is a must how can you download to other devices. Put it back with iCloud Great app, can be manipulated to meet my needs. Track employees certification and safety deficiencies....its great From El Paso, Texas

Great functions, also possible to take photos instead of writing.

All-in-all, a great app for tracking basic employee data. One item that would add to its value would be an ability to input holiday dates and view them in a Calendar and upcoming events. I quite like this app and will continue to use and recommend this app to others.

It would be nice to add a "reminder" to the app which allows us to set a reminder to perform 3 month or annual reviews every time we add an employee and set their start date. This could be an automatic pop-up or an additional field when setting up an employee: probation period review date and annual review date which we can adjust as we wish. Then the reminders would sound an alarm to us and would keep reminding every day till we check it off. Also to remind us of upcoming employee birthdays (1 wk advance reminder and day-of reminder) and anything else we want to remind ourselves about the employee or the group at large.

Excellent program ... Very customizable and user friendly. Excellent for tracking all employee conversations, meetings and data.

I really like where this app is going - it has almost everything I need in a personnel tracking system. Stellar = Ability to see incidents, positives, goals in each meeting agenda. Great for those of us with no memory. Excellent = Customizable fields, employee info, type of interaction, etc. Great. Would be helpful = a powerful search ability *MUST HAVE* = A "Neutral", 0-value interaction option for tracking important conversations, instructions, employee contacts, etc. that are neither positive nor negative but are likely going to need to be remembered. *Please* add this in an update - it will clinch this as a 5 star, daily-use app for managers/executives.

Good app, very usefull and convinient to keep track on the go of your staff, so we dont forget to document in the files later on. Flexibility is ok but should be able to have it in french and should be able to change the setting of name and last name ( name, last name or last name, name).

The app works great, just two things I noticed Please add the following if possible 1. Allow for a horizontal view of the screen 2. Your able to add incident types but I cant seem to delete it I had a typo. Other than this I now have 10 employees on my app

This is great for my HR records. I only wish there was a website I could us with the app.

Greatly enjoy this app! Im able to conduct side by side coaching, doc incidents away from desk, and speak to performance in meetings via iPad. Supports all of my documentation and tracking needs. I highly recommend!

I have downloaded and paid for 3 different employee manager apps. I like the functionality of this one the best out of all three, however in the notes section it only allows a small amount of text input. In most circumstances with what I do as a manager/supervisor, it requires a bit more documentation so I wish this app allowed more text input. That is why I only gave it 3 stars. Another small thing I saw is when you view your employees you can not see at a glance if there are any notations/actions about that person. You have to click on the "view incident" box to see if there is anything there. Fix a couple of these things and I would for sure use this app over the others I have downloaded. I am looking forward to an update :)

So far I like this app but I have some requests in future updates. 1. Add a password protect 2. Backup with iCloud Aside from these suggestions it is a good functional app.

Love this app .. Please enable landscape view .. It would be really great for iPads.

This app is great. I would love to be able to have it in landscape view though. Also it would be nice to be able to log into your different projects from your PC or Mac.
