Employee Manager: Goal and Incident Tracking App Reviews

If you write annual reviews for employees, it can be hard to remember how the employee did over the past year. All too often, reviews are written based on current events and feelings for an employee. This is a bad and dangerous practice and can give a bad employee a better review than deserved and a good employee a bad review they donet deserve. Employee helps fix this problem. If used correctly, you can set it up to give you the information you need at the time you need it to do a proper review. Do the right thing and review for the period, not what you think today. Use Employee to help remember all the good and bad things that employees do. Give credit where credit is due. Great app that is helping me stay ethical with my employees.

I wish it could be customized a little more...but it is still perfect

Great App and you must find your way to get used to it. Wish that the history page contains positive and negative separately and with option to move the entries up and down or at least to sort them automatically on date wise. Looking forward for the next update then ;)

Weve used the app for years and havent had any issues. Reported/needed help with a few things and the company was very responsive in helping us.
