So far I love this app! Easy to use and I love that you can create groups.

Recall any associates performance history instantly.

Since updating app a couple of days ago, the employee app will open.

App comes in great and does what it says. Great to keep track of meetings with employees and positive/negative behavior and actions. Would be five stars and have everything IF IT COULD INCLUDE REMINDERS!!! Otherwise GREAT APP! (Please try and incorporate reminders)

I like the look an ease of use for this app but every time a new Incident Type or Action to either list the app crashes. Most of the times it saves the new list item but you have to recreate the entry. The import feature absolutely does not work when trying to import csv files. No response yet from support on this. If both of these were fixed this would be a 5 star app as you could then update between iPhone and iPad. As it is the directions just to import new employees does not work.

Great app for keeping track of your employees actions. It would receive five stars with synchronization over multiple iOS devices. Cloud sync is a must.

This is a great tool for managers in a busy office that work closely with their staff. To others it looks like you are writing a text or reading your email. Very easy to use!

Clean, easy to learn and use. Vital employee data made portable. Just needs increased flexibility. Will recommend.

This a great app for those that want keep track of employees for upcoming reviews. Very useful in the business world and convenient. I never forget to keep track of incidents, acknowledgments, or disciplinary actions. Thanks for such a great app.

This app is a bargain at $2.99. I would have paid a lot more for it. You can track interactions, coaching sessions and corrective action for all your employees in one spot. This app has made my job so much easier that its crazy. The best app on my iPad!

I own 4 businesses and its tough to know every detail. Birthdays. Anniversaries. Also disciplinary action such as sick calls, cash variation and any custom field. Amazing!!!!

App is really easy to use

I tried a couple of other more expensive employee apps. None as good as this. It is exactly what I need to keep track of employee incidents. Easy, quick and great.

For anyone going through an EEO or Harassment complaint with their organization. This is invaluable to document types of actions and meetings. Priceless!…BUT Where is the desktop version....would be great to have and have it sych between IPhone/IPad/MAC...thanks

I manage a restaurant and have many different tasks going at the same time. I dont always have the time to notate employee files when they run late or dont show. This app makes it easy and I can pull up the files on my phone or iPad. Absolutely love this app, it makes my performance notes for me just with a few selections.

...the cloud sync feature uses some unknown service -- prompting a 3-star rating. In your next update, please add cloud service support for more well-known and widely used services (eg. iCloud, Drop Box, Box, etc). The aforementioned services allow for better back-end security controls and with that comes heightened confidence when using said feature. With the unknown cloud sync service currently offered, I simply down feel comfortable storing employee records; therefore, I cannot sync this information between mobile devices. That drawback reduces the overall effectiveness.
